The Mountain® adheres to strict inspection policies at their production facility in New Hampshire. Each garment is thoroughly inspected after it is dyed, and then again after it is printed. Items are then inspected once again prior to shipping to Novelty EveryWear. All items purchased through Novelty EveryWear are thoroughly examined by us to make sure you are receiving the utmost in quality and workmanship.
If you find, however, that you are not satisfied with your purchase from Novelty EveryWear you may return it in unused and unwashed condition for store credit, exchange, or refund. In order to receive a credit, refund, or exchange you must contact Novelty EveryWear by email at noveltyeverywear@live.com within 30 days of receipt. We will then issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning your item. Please be certain to retain a copy of your invoice as it will be required if you wish to return an item. Items returned to Novelty EveryWear without an RA# will not receive credit and will be refused.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent you an incorrect item in error. You may want to insure your return as Novelty EveryWear is not responsible for damaged, stolen, lost or misdirected returns.
